El Gobierno de Álvaro Uribe Vélez atendiendo a presiones del Gobierno Norteamericano y los Militaristas Colombianos hizo de una nimiedad un escollo insalvable para desautorizar la Intermediación del Presidente de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela Hugo Chávez y la Senadora Liberal Piedad Córdoba para el INTERCAMBIO HUMANITARIO.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003C!--more-->\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: Verdana;\"> \u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: Verdana;\">2. Dicha decisión entraba la búsqueda de una solución al drama de los Prisioneros de Guerra como antesala a la iniciación de un proceso de Paz que dé una salida Política al grave conflicto social y armado que padece el País.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: Verdana;\"> \u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: Verdana;\">3. Los Presos Políticos y Prisioneros de Guerra de las FARC-EP, no tenemos propuesta diferente al Intercambio Humanitario planteado por el Secretariado y el Estado Mayor Central de las FARC-EP.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: Verdana;\"> \u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: Verdana;\">4. Denunciamos la persecución que sobre Los Presos Políticos y Prisioneros de Guerra viene realizando el director General del INPEC Eduardo Morales Beltran, desarticulando los colectivos de presos y sacando en remisión a Cárceles alejadas de la Geografía Nacional a quienes no se acogen a la Ley de Justicia y Paz.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: Verdana;\"> \u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: Verdana;\">5. La parcialidad del Inpec, ha buscado premiar con comodidades a quienes hagan actos públicos de agravio a las FARC-EP, entrabando la realización de un Intercambio Humanitario, desconociendo las funciones de dicha institución en la cadena de custodia establecida por la ley 65 del 93, desconociendo la igualdad ante la ley.
